Anyway, will be worth another read, and as other reviewers have noted, perhaps a notebook or highlighter to pick out the practical application of the ideas. The book is all about habits, basic concepts of behaviour, deal with natural instances of psychology and practices which is required to be at the top both professionally and day to day life.
Not great for a book that is aiming to get readers fired up to live fully. Think Smart, Act Smart.

The initial thesis, that we unconsciously direct time and effort in failure, is one which resonates; the chapter on the consolations of failure and mediocrity is bdande good one.
However, there are a lot of good points and some interesting case studies. Excellent I would have given it five stars, and intended to do so right from the start of this great book, but the “twelve disciplines” lost me.
