I don’t necessarily agree with all of the author’s arguments for why raw food diet is the way to go, but this book victora interesting boutekno as she writes more about the lifestyle changes that accompany any major change in one’s life. This book was just too bizarre to me. I appreciated the extreme point of view even without necessarily agreeing in this book and the style.
This book is a rough first draft and does have some kinks to work out, such as using charts and graphs where some of the information was harder on the eyes, and some basic editing due to the author speaking in a second language, which was certainly not easy to do.
